Project Description
This 88,000 square foot senior living facility was built on 31.5 acres of the former Yehl farmland in Allegany, NY. The facility flourishes with an upscale country feel with the barn look to the building, ponds out back, sunflower fields, and a tractor that sits out front. Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and other memory care needs are services that half the building is dedicated to serving in the memory care unit. The other half is assisted living for those in need of personal care services. The building features private rooms, as well as suits with bathrooms, several dinning rooms, common areas, a fitness center, beauty shop, chapel, recreation lounge, and resident bank. This design build project was phase one of the 4 phase facility. An outdoor recreation center and cottages around the ponds are to come in the upcoming phases.
