The Midway State Park Carousel in Bemus Point, NY, the carousel was originally built in 1946 at the Herschell Carousel Factory and way purchased by the park in 1968. This vintage carousel wasa unique construction project for Kinley, partnering with CPL we designed a plan to keep the historic value intact. This project was done in the middle of winter and was completed on time and on budget.
The Red House Administration Building was done to preserve its historic value for the NYS Office of Parks, Recreation, and Historic Preservation. This project entailed bat guano removal, removal of old plaster, spray foam for energy efficiency, ceiling weatherproof, complex wood panel removal and restore the historic value, and have it all match the existing look.
